Standard orders are typically processed between 3-5 business days. Please email us if you have any questions about your order, we will do our best to help you as much as possible. All our items are sent via Royal Mail:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We're excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. In the shopping cart you'll be able to select your country and view the options available to you. Please note we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Overseas items are sent via Royal Mail's overseas services:

POSTAL LOSS
Once the product has been passed on to the delivery services, we are not responsible for the loss of the product. If you have not received your goods within 14 days from the noted dispatch date,  please contact us immediately and we will work out the best course of action.

POSTAL DAMAGE
If you receive a product and it has been damaged by the delivery service please get in contact with us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will advise on receiving compensation from the delivery services.

SECURE TRANSACTIONS
We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you're shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. 

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@kithandkin.org.uk

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@kithandkin.org.uk and send your item to: Studio F9, 23 - 27 Arcola St, London, E8 2DJ.


SHIPPING
To return your product, mail your product to: Studio F9, 23 - 27 Arcola St London, E8 2DJ.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
